Every order starts with accurate dimensions. You can measure yourself using our online guide, or book a free home visit where our team checks door clearances, radiator positions, and awkward alcoves that catch people out. We bring sample books so you can see colours in your actual light.
Once you have chosen a rug or runner, we confirm the size, underlay requirements, and any fitting extras such as gripper rods or stair rods. Payment is taken securely online or in-store, and we book a delivery slot that suits your schedule.
For customers within the L1–L20 postcode area, we offer a professional fitting service six days a week. Our fitters arrive with the correct tools, protect your skirting boards, and remove old flooring if arranged in advance. Most rooms are walk-on-ready the same day.

Call, email, or use our online form. We bring a tape measure, sample books, and advice on pile types suited to your lifestyle.
Select your rug
Compare colours and textures in your own light. We note any bespoke sizing or shaped cuts needed for bays or fireplaces.
Confirm and deliver
We confirm sizes, underlay, and fitting date. Your rug is rolled, wrapped, and dispatched from our Wavertree warehouse.
Professional fitting
Our fitters arrive on time, lay underlay, trim edges to walls, and finish with gripper or stair rods. You inspect before we leave.

Yes. We ship nationwide via tracked courier. Local delivery within L1–L20 is free on orders over £50.
A standard living room takes two to three hours including underlay. Stairs and landings add roughly one hour per flight.
Unused rugs in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. We strongly recommend viewing samples in your own light before ordering, as screen colours vary.
We can move light furniture such as chairs and side tables. Large wardrobes, pianos, and heavy items must be cleared by the customer before fitting day.
